1. Your right to return (ECT Act cooling-off period)

As an online customer, you have a general right to return a product within seven (7) days of receiving your order, for any reason and without penalty.

  • You must notify us of your intention to return the goods within this 7-day period.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
  • The product must be in its original, unused, and saleable condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a full refund within 30 days.

2. Defective or incorrect goods (CPA implied warranty)

In terms of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), all products sold come with an implied warranty of quality for six (6) months. This means they should be:

  • Reasonably suitable for their intended purpose.
  • Of good quality, in good working order, and free of defects.
  • Durable and useable for a reasonable period.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • You must notify us immediately upon delivery by emailing [Your Support Email] with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • You can choose to have the item repaired, replaced, or refunded.
  • We will cover the costs associated with the return and remedy of a defective item.
  • The warranty will not apply if the product was altered or damaged after leaving our control, or if a defect was pointed out to you before purchase and you accepted the goods in that condition.

3. Non-returnable items

Please be aware of certain items that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

  • Hygiene products: This may include opened grips or other items with a direct hygiene implication.
  • Padel balls: Opened containers of padel balls cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized items.

4. How to initiate a return

  2. Await Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Package Your Return: Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. The goods remain your responsibility until they are safely received by us.
  4. Send the Item Back: Use the return instructions provided. For non-defective items, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For the fastest service, we recommend returning the item you have for a refund (as per the above policy) and placing a separate order for the new item you want.
